BARE-X 180

The Inov8 Bare-X 180 is a terrific minimalist shoe from Inov8. This is a great tool for working on running form or busting out another WOD. This shoe features a completely level platform. This environment, combined with only a 3mm thickness of sole give your feet a very clear and accurate picture of the ground it has to respond to. This shoe also promotes a heightened proprioception or spacial awareness because of the weight and feel.
